United.com seems to be ignoring that I am looking for fares that are upgradable with a SWU.
Anybody have an easy to use alternative?

I've been noticing this for weeks and it's beyond annoying!

Agreed. Although I've found that what it says and what it does are sometimes different. Specifically, only some of its suggestions say that the flight may be eligible for upgrade, but when you click through on some of the ones which it implies are not eligible, they appear to book into eligible fare classes.

Rather than risking it, I just call when I make the booking.

If the itinerary includes a codeshare the search will not work (virtually all my itineraries)

What's the best way to complain about this or file a bug report? As I had to use the call center as well.

  6. Don't bother. UA's website is a disgrace, and it's obvious that they don't care.

While you may be right :( , maybe they're letting it slide until they incorporate CO systems?? As much as I hate it, I'm willing to give them an inch (UA! Pls don't take a mile!)

  8. Really? UA's website has been a disgrace for years. That has nothing to do with the merger. But maybe they're waiting to launch a new compbined website that functions. CO's is pretty good.

What I hope they keep is being able to specify booking class. Great feature.
