United.com Expert Mode Does Not Display For Award Searches

    While it appears Expert mode now works again for revenue searches, it no longer provides data for award searches. What is the best method to inform United of the issue so it may be fixed? Does anyone have contacts at United IT?

    There is a green "Site Feedback" tab on the right side of UA splash page that I would make liberal use of for reporting problems. Once clicked upon, there is a pulldown with one choice being "Technical Issue / Problem". I would assume that they are looking at it since the *did* put it there!

    In the meantime, I've just been doing a revenue search when I need to find out what's available.
