I used the United Club in D Concourse on Jan 29, and noticed a sign saying that it was closing at the end of the month. I thought that it has also said that this was due to a move in the UA gates to a different concourse and assumed that there would be a new one near those gates. Upon my arrival today (Feb 1) I went to a UA counter in the T concourse, and was informed that there is no United Club anymore, anywhere. The counter staff was prepared with copies of some addresses for those who are unhappy about this to complain to: firstname.lastname@example.org (CEO) email@example.com (V.P. Customer Experience) firstname.lastname@example.org (Director, United Clubs) also: united.com/freedback Fortunately, though, ATL does have free WiFi, and the gate seats are generously fitted with power outlets, but this does not a United Club make. The UA website is still advertising the lounge, with no indication of a closing date. There are around 25 UA flights a day from ATL. That certainly should be enough to justify a Club location here! Let's let them know what we think!
