    U.S. Airways Premier World MasterCard from Barclays Bank:
    • 35,000 miles for first use.
    • First year annual fee waived. This is a first for this card. Grab it while it lasts.
    • $89/year thereafter.
    • 5,000 mile discount off certain award tickets.
    • 10,000 miles/year bonus (after you pay the fee).
    • Up to 10,000 for balance transfers in the first 30 days - 3% fee capped at $100.
    • 1 mile/$1 spent. Double miles for U.S. Airways purchases.
    • When an eligible Cardmember spends $25,000 or greater in new Net Purchases (which are not later credited back or rescinded) (“Purchase Requirement”) within each calendar year, 10,000 of those miles that have been awarded to the Account will be converted from base miles to Preferred miles.

    Normally you do not see the U.S. Airways card with the first year free.

    I'm excited about this.My daughter received this offer in November. I tried using the code for myself (after she got her app in) but it was targeted. So I called and asked if they would extend the same offer to me...no dice. Soooooo, I'm happy to see this! first year free is sweet. I wish the biz one was free but it might be worth it to get it now too.
