What is "U" class? I'm an MVP member on Alaska and on my reservation it says that I can upgrade to "U" coach. What is that and the advantage of that?

Is it a free upgrade? Also, on that same flight, I got two tickets using my mileage rewards, will they give me two "U" class upgrades also? Or is that only for the two tickets I bought?

U means upgrade space is available. Either by Full flex fare for MVP or Value/Full flex for Gold, Miles upgrade or Gold upgrade cert for qualifying fares
