Today's news just about seals it:

The safety authority will seek the extension of the flying ban - due to end tomorrow - from the Federal Court as its investigations into the airline are not complete.

Tiger will also be required to retrain its 100 pilots before it is allowed to fly again.

Each day of grounding cancels 60 flights, affecting about 9000 passengers a day.

Tiger has now stopped selling domestic tickets and said it would refund fares to passengers holding reservations between now and July 31.

I admire the discipline of CASA. I am sorry for all the people hurt by the deficiencies of Tiger, but they're all alive.

Seems like they’re not going to start flying today either… next announcement will be August 5th.
