    65,000? I think of it as 32,500 standing and talking to the other 32,500 - no doubt out of boredom. I think the 25,000 security breaches were the TSA employees hired to test the screening system. Yes, they are theater, actually amateur hour theater. But remember the story about The Emperor's New Clothes? Every one is afraid to say/do anything.

    I've joked with some of my other frequent flying colleagues that the TSA's hiring criteria must be the opposite of what the hiring criteria would be for your average company.... the least competent, least qualified, least personable, least driven with least amount of experience gets the job.
