TSA apparently rummaged through one of my bags and left the access lock in the open position. Now the lock will not lock. Nothing was lost or is missing but now I can't use my bag because I can't figure out how to get the access lock back into the closed position. Suggestions? (am I just being daft and missing something obvious?)

    Cheers

    Thanks

Can you really not use the bag at all? Or just not lock it?

If the latter, take tit to the airport and ask them to use their special key and put it back the way it is supposed to be.

Well, at least they didn't steal anything. Just another incompetent employee. If Romney really wants to eliminate unseeded Government programs he should tart with TSA.

Can't lock it meaning it can't be used for its intended purpose.

Well, a bag can be used to carry things, even if not locked. That said, I still believe you should be able to take it back to an airport and have them put the lock into the correct position.
