Interesting story. Another reason why TSA's funding should be cut imho after all these incidents from items being stolen to taking in bribes to assist in the smuggling of marijuana. This is from TSA's website, "Since 2001, we have been mandated by law to appropriately screen air travelers to ensure that certain items and persons prohibited from flying don’t board commercial airliners. "

Another day, another TSA employee arrest. Repeat after me:

"The TSA holds its security officers to the highest professional and ethical standards and aggressively investigates allegations of misconduct. The allegations against this individual in no way reflect on the outstanding job our more than 50,000 security officers do every day to ensure the security of the traveling public."

LOL. What a joke... How many more misconducts are necessary for them to realize that their employees are not outstanding. Had to look it up and was shocked that TSA's budget for 2012 is $7.9B!
