Will be transiting from TG domestic C to TG F international with about 2 1/2hr layover.
Where do you clear exit immigration...domestic airport or BKK?
Are you met in BKK by PA or buggy for transfer to F lounge?
    Any other hints/suggestions?

There are only two places in Thailand I travel to, Bangkok and Pukhet.

When flying from Pukhet you clear immigrations in Pukhet. When you arrive in Bangkok you are met by PA.
2,5 hours is just the right amount of time to go for the spa.

If you decide not to do the spa and are going to the lounge directly ask for a private room (which are located on the left hand side once you enter)

Thanks for the feedback. Flying from Chiang Mai so probably similiar procedure since CM also has immigration area.
We have been able to use spa and private rooms on several occasions. Great service.

Why do you do limit yourself?

Just for clarification, you do not need to choose between the lounge or the spa. Go to the lounge first and they will arrange everything for you.

Also, you are not required to go through immigration in CNX, you could theoretically check in only for your domestic portion and take care of immigration in BKK. However with only 2.5 hours in transit, and having F lounge access, take care of immigration in CNX if you can.

We are arriving on from Munich on TG first class on an award ticket. We have purchased tickets on to Phuket on PG 4 1/2 hours later. Here's the question:

I know that TG and PG have an interline agreement - will we be able to check our bags all the way to Phuket?

If it makes a difference, the first leg of the trip is ORD-MUC on LH, then MUC-BKK on TG - so we will be checking in with LH in ORD.

    Thoughts?

I wouldn't want to be 4.5 hours airside with PG lounge access only. Even if you can have the bags interlined, do yourself a favor and go through the regular immigration channels and head the 1st floor, door 7, Magic Point Food Court and have some food.

PG and TG interline. Do you need to access the checkin counters for BP only or have you been told you'll need to grab your bags also?
