Depends on what airline you want to upgrade on, last AA upgrade was $500.00 plus 25,000 miles.

Well, lets see. Those SPG points can be transferred to a bunch of different airlines, here's a decent list:

    http://millionmilesecrets.com/2013/08/13/spg-transfer-partners/

In general you don't want to transfer to United since they're 2:1 and most other partners are 1:1. So you could transfer say 60k SPG to Delta and because of the 5,000 mile bonus every 20k you'd end up with 135k Delta miles. Is that enough to upgrade one way or both? No idea. You could transfer the Chase UR points to United or British Airways 1:1 for the other direction. Again no idea how many miles you need. The Hilton points probably aren't worth converting but I'll let you figure that out.

Using miles to upgrade a coach ticket is rarely an efficient use of miles vis a vis redeeming outright for a C award. There are a couple exceptions but they are quite limited. Many airlines require a cash "co-pay" along with the miles or don't permit upgrades at all from the lowest fares. With others the upgrade might only be to Premium Economy rather than Business.

Key to the whole thing is finding flights where you can confirm the upgrade at booking. Without that it is very much a gamble. And with the delay in moving points out of SPG there's another bit of gamble to consider.

For upgrade with delta view this page (should still be valid), requires at least M ticket for international upgrade

Once you decide, move the points out of SPG immediately as there can be quite a delay in getting them to the airline.
