    Welcome to MP!

There is no way to use DL miles to fly US. Apparently points.com offers some means of converting points from one program to another. However, the exchange rate is generally so awful that it's not worth it.

What route are you trying to fly that you need to fly US?

Is there a reason US is required, other than that they presumably fly direct? In what class of sevice do you wish to fly?

Your SkyMiles could be used to go PHL-JFK-TLV on DL or PHL-CDG on DL followed by CDG-TLV on AF. If you need the non-stop, looks like you'll need to pay $.

You can also double connect through AMS using DL and KLM.

I just realized this is like the third thread posted about the same issue by the same person. Hopefully someone will lock/consolidate this before it gets out of hand with answers all over the place. :)

Is there a reason the flight needs to be direct? What class of service would you like to sit in?

In the future, if you can keep the post to one thread, it'd work out better for all concerned.

If you have UA miles, you can redeem them for US flights. AmEx points can be transferred to Aeroplan and used on US.

Once again "Direct" is NOT the same as "Non Stop"

    Look it up

jgny - At this point I think to get useful help you need to share quite a bit more information. It appears that you're locked into possibly a specific flight on a specific day, but you haven't really shared anything. People are trying to help you, but it seems like you keep throwing up roadblocks to whatever they suggest. Without more help from you this all seems like a dead end.
