Did you know that on MilePoint, you can "go invisible" with one simple click?
    Here's how:
    1) Hover over your user name in the menu box in the upper right of this page.
    2) You'll see this image. Notice the "Show Online Status" listing.

If you put a checkmark in the "Show Online Status", other members will know you are online. By unchecking the box, other members won't know you are online. Invisible adds yet another level of privacy for our members if they so choose. And "invisible" means "invisible", even to those who follow you.

Does the tip make you invisible to those who are following you?

Yes, invisible means invisible, even to those who follow you. (good question and I've updated my "Tip", thank you)

In that case, can there be a third option (or fourth) to have
    A) invisible to all
    B) only people I follow can see status
    C) only members can see status
    D) public online status

It could fit nicely on the privacy settings page.

Though I unchecked the box "show your online status", we can see by clicking on my avatar that "Charlilo was last seen viewing (that) page at (that) hour". Don't know if this is the correct place to ask, but how can I avoid that?

Gosh! The "Cloak of Invisibility" mentioned in another thread as a concept is a reality HERE! :)

Thanks for the tip(s), Randy! I'm loving the functionality here.

We have tested that. That may be cached in someone's browser if they were looking at your profile as you change permissions to view you. If they were to refresh their browser or you move to other pages, they can no loger see what page you are looking at or pages you are going to. Invisible does mean invisible. Appreciate the comment and it did cause us to go into test mode which we love to do. Thanks.

But, if I understand well, they can always see which page I was last seeing. Anyway, for me, this is still the case: "Charlilo was last seen viewing Tip of the Day [#2] Making Yourself Invisible".

I have the "Allow other people to see what page you are currently viewing " unchecked in my preferences. In my pop-up thingie(technical term[IMG]), I still see what page I last viewed listed. Am I seeing it because it's my own history or isn't the option working?

I have the same problem and I asked Randy the same question on the post preceeding yours. Waiting for an answer.
