Are there stuff you particularly hate to see when you dine at restaurants/onboard/anywhere? Whether it is the waitress, some other customers, etc?

And I hate it when they are out of a particular food item.
    "I came just for those!"
"I'm sorry sir, we are all out"
    "Its 5:30!"

I also don't like the sound of phones ringing nor the conversations that follow

I assume that's at a restaurant or inside a lounge. Have you tried this?

Oh that too. There are times I drove far away for some food and found out they are all out when I get there :( It's not fancy restaurants, just dim sum place. So I can't really reserve them in advance unless I am some sort of dim sum elites

But you can't really expect people to turn off their phone at a restaurant though

True, but you'd expect them to run to the store or something. "They are just onion rings!"

Yes, but when they talk that loud? I can stand a 5 minutes call or an emergency or a quick hello. But an entire conversation? NO.

OMG that is just wrong. Did any of the customers complain about it? Did the lounge agent say anything at all? This is really gross!

There's one really gross experience. I was at a Chinese restaurant having noodle soup. And I found an entire piece of eyewear lens buried in my noodles! That's ENTIRE PIECE of lens! How could someone lost that and not know. This has to be one of the top things on my list of stuff I hate to see at restaurants

So if that happens, do you guys do anything at all? Just sit there and hope they will finally hang up?

I just moved to the other side. They do not even seem to have a dress code any more. There seems to be a lot of miners in the Qantas Clubs now, they must get it as part of their employment contract. I think most work in Karratha over in Western Australia. Some of them have poor hygiene.

Well it could be worse if you sit next to them onboard on a full flight or at a full restaurant.

Once I bought a mobile phone blocker from china, that is supposed to block signals to and from mobile phones in a certain area. It only had limited success when I tested it on mine, but I took it with me to restaurants and it "might "of helped. I should of purchased a more expensive model.

I would not wish that on anyone. To get from there to Brisbane takes about 3 flights and then one more to get home.
