Me too -- and the roll over miles aren't there either -- maybe in a couple of weeks.... (or so?)
While I understand why they need some time to sort things out, I would like to think they'd be smart enough to be proactive and explain that roll over miles will be posted later.
Just wish the same happened to my credit card accounts.
their IT department... oy! I'm zeroed out too.
The worst day of the year, hang-over and a big fat zero.
I called and talked to Ahdjcgjsisjfuaahda (I could probably pronounce her name but I couldn't spell it if given a thousand tries) and she stated that they expect all rollover miles to show up by the end of January. To echo other folks, hopefully they can get that fixed soon.
It'll show up. They just wait until all the other partner's flight activity and miles have posted to your account before showing them on your statement.
Two years ago, rollovers posted around the 13th and last year it was the 4th or 5th.
My rollover last year posted on Jan 4.
Don't you just wish they would respond to email messages, and your rewards that fast???
Nah, not gonna happen.
Um, they do respond to emails, at least IME, and I do not think 4 days for rollover to post is too insane...
Does it really matter when it shows up? Most experienced DL people know that DL.dumb tends to be behind the times and also have screenshots from the 31st!!!
This would be an excellent "help" topic for all the Delta S(NOTPESOS!) folks that joined in the last year ("Hey, it's 12/31, you may want to screen-shot your mileage balance today as DL.com is dumb and will zero it out").
I'd also like to point out that my MP "points" post immediately, which is why MP > Delta.com.
