the most expensive valet parking in the world?

    seems there must be even more expensive places but............. USD 109 (AED 400) seems steep

    the guy parking the car might earn that in a week, so no excuse for the high cost of labour

    Dubai Mall is chaotic on weekends and if you have money to burn, maybe it is worth the convenience :eek:

    there is a VIP or VVIP option for many things in the UAE, people definitely are prepared to pay for it

    the VIP service on weekends is double the weekday rates, what else do they do, wash the car ??:p

    at that price, you're not in many parts of the world either...not just Kansas......maybe the valet parks helicopters as well on helipads...;)

    I'm sure the valet parking includes a full detail, stock your car with champagne, installation of a satellite radio, etc!

    I guess it doesn't look that bad to me being that I used to park in midtown Manhattan? :)

    There are places around Park Ave and in the touristy parts that would easily charge you $65-70 for any 12 hour period (more if you have an SUV).

    I would figure considering the location and the kind of cars that you're bound to park in the VIP section, $100 is a steal.

    Guess what they charge at the curb automated Meter Utrecht ? Whopping 41EUR for 8 hour parking on the street.
