The Merrion Dublin Has a New Penthouse
The bathroom looks cool, but I don't like the decor in the rooms. It seems dated and mismatched: not very attractive.
This hotel holds only warm memories for me. Such a charming property.
I guess, it's all about personal taste.
That's great to hear.
Cannot say I like the paint scheme. I think the only thing I do like is the claw foot tub.

Indeed, the bathtub is very beautiful, I wouldn't mind to stay there for a night or two. It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of Dublin, gorgeous courtyard gardens, Spa, swimming pool, superb restaurants, magnificent art collection, wonderful drawing rooms for Afternoon Tea, and it's opposite the government buildings and the St. Stephens Green Park isn't far away either. It's a particular luxury hotel, with a particular style, the penthouse suite is an extension to that and despite being relatively new, it opened in 1997, it has it's part in Irish society and is recognized as one of the best hotels in Ireland around the world, for many it's their residence when they visit Dublin. As NYBanker said above, it holds for many special memories and this counts for us too.
