    Hey all,

    Just wanted to share my amusement with Marriott's surveys. A couple of days ago, I got the "we've noticed that you haven't been staying as much with us" survey.

    The irony of it is that this is my best ever year in terms of the nights stayed. Yes, I did slow down after spending 3 months at a Residence Inn between Jan-Apr, but you would think that they would be looking at more than a change quarter over quarter ...

    A few years ago I received a similar survey and in the comment section I referenced an issue that Marriott didn't even respond to (two separate non-responses from Customer care) and the issue was fixed post-haste. Unless things changed, someone important pays attention to those surveys.
