    Ironically, at the same airport where the crew aboard aircraft enforced a mandatory requirement that passengers be seated either 30 minutes before landing or thirty minutes after take-off, the Tower at Reagan National goes silent as planes attempt to land, allegedly forcing an American Airlines...

    Give him a break, he had a rough day and was tired you know these dam planes just keep coming, and coming, and coming, he had to catch a quick nap.

    Seriously why would they only have one person on duty in the control tower at a major US airport?

    The last time it happened the lone controller locked himself out of the tower !
