Some Tasmanian Salmon for dinner tonight.
Looks delicious !
Good m/a/e to all . Wonderful May-gray weather here - in the mid to high 60's, and light rain for part of 2 days - no watering ! Wishing all a good week .

prefer to get my omega three's through tasty looking salmon like that. bet it's clean and free of mercury from Tassie
It was delicious.
i've been eating a lot of lobster lately, my preferred cooked in butter, with lemon Hibachi style, although i had a whole lobster last week, cooked live at the Chinese, served in garlic, but i'm worried they are high in fat/cholesterol, probably not very heart healthy somehow, i feel it must be healthy on some level
A good friend is a cardiologist.....his excuse for the occasional binge eating “you have to put something on the death certificate”
Cheers to all .
i am hoping it won't include stroke or heart attack
i had more tonight, two lobster tails, shrimp, salmon.... was very nice, but between the food, and heavy duty omega three supplements, i'm staring to worry it might be too much
Have your cholesterol checked.....
i did, but it was so high, i thought i'd try better, and check again next year
I hope that this statement is tongue in cheek......
Is that you?
yeah, the guy that remarkably doesn't turn flab into muscle
they have some good ads over here
i like the recent series of National Car Rental ads, including the actor's attitude/response to the ad....
I am an Executive status with National but usually rent from Hertz due to the solid UA miles earnings offer. In addition to being President's Circle with Hertz, I got more than 100K UA miles in the past 12 months renting from them
I am same, but never use the Executive, always Hertz, have the PC too, due to price points, always better in Europa in my experience. Avis/Budget no where near close Top status from the credit cards.
