  1. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or "renting" a software application is very different from deploying on premise software. When your CIO decides to purchase a SaaS application, she is renting it for the purpose of this conversation. You may not even know that the decision has been made right away because you're unlikely to see to consultants and IT staff congregating near you. Instead you may work with a smaller implementation team as a Subject Matter Expert, but you'll likely see a finished product in a much shorter period of time (less than 10 days in some instances). Is Loyalty SaaS the answer to all of your loyalty software problems?
