    YULtide:

Tried it. Found it boring, punctuated by rare outbursts of breathtaking vapidity (much like dear old TOBB).

Not surprised to see it descend to the fateful end of all walled-garden 'communities' on the Net.

On a brighter note, recently took part in Aeroplan's attempt at a community-based focus group, which was at least interesting, and did not seem to be quite so populated with software chat-bots as the Altitude thingie seemed to be.

Signed up but never actively participated. when I saw the announcement, I just wondered what had taken them so long given that they seemed to be totally ignoring it.

Gosh, I now cannot recollect whether I even bothered to sign up or not? That whole affair was so unmemorable from the very get-go.
