    Order A Slice of… Two Olive Trees and Pig pizza has the locals talking but Daniella, inspired by a long lost love of the chef, is a light and refreshingly non-tomato based pizza pie piled with asparagus and prosciutto is delicious.
    Atmosphere Cool cocktail sipping customers hang in this local Bondi place and there’s live lounge music on Sunday afternoons.
    Extras Toppings: Shear up your pizza to share with the antique scissors provided.

    Order A Slice of… Pumpkin – roasted pumpkin, zucchini, sweet & sour onions with gorgonzola and pine nuts or a so Sydney Prawn pizza with chilli prawns, roasted capsicum, tomato and salsa verde. It’s gourmet all the way.
    Atmosphere Busy and buzzy but be prepared for a small wait. Great for groups so invite your friends for a slice.
    Extra Toppings Try the garlic pizza bread with sea salt, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil and buffalo mozzarella. Note: all pizzas are available gluten free and the views and cocktails make this place a must do.

    Order A Slice of… The Sausage and Broccoli Pizza, a house favourite, with the winning combo of good-for-you greens plus a little sausage with creamy buffalo mozzarella or try the house special a decadent prosciutto pizza topped with figs when in season.
    Atmosphere: Easy, breezy Bondi with an Italian family feel.
    Extras Toppings: Chef George Pompei makes some of the best gelato in town. Order stracciatella, naughty layers of white ice cream mixed with crunchy thin dark chocolate pieces.

    Order A Slice of… perfect little fried pizzette or pizza Lucio pizza (think ham, ricotta and tomato in a calzone style) from the wood-fired oven that is the heart and soul of this tiny place, in the corner of the courtyard in Darlinghurst.
    Atmosphere: Buzzing with mainly Italian crowds.
    Extra Toppings: Go for a glass of bubbly prosecco to start and a shot of golden limoncello to finish.

    Order A Slice of… The Papa – classic Margarita with prosciutto laid on after it comes out of the oven or Ya Basta! A satisfying combination of ham, pumpkin, chilli and pecorino cheese.

    Order a slice of… pizza bianchi without tomato sauce from the huge wood fired oven and don’t go past the Pizza Salmone a sophisticated option topped with smoked salmon, asparagus, cherry tomato and goat’s cheese.
    Atmosphere Chic but not cheap. Romantically lit for date night.
    Extra Toppings Mille Vini a little further down on Crown will serve you a lovely aperitif as you wait for a table at Pizza e Birra and they will call you when your name comes up.
