In a first, I'm watching, because it's impossible to have my eyes open and not see it, the guy in 7B doing Thai Chi excercises in front of this seat. Im in 9A on a PS flight to LAX.

Combined with the pitiful service (excpet for 1 FA who was awesome) this is making for quite a memorable flight. Obviously for all the wrong reasons.

What's wrong with this? I almost always do some kind of light exercise/stretching on a long flight. It's bad for you to be totally sedentary for an extended period.

I didn't say anything was wrong with it... simply that several factors were making this a memorable flight.

i didn't even mention the seat changes prompted by 7C who needed to place his cello in a window seat (he was carrying 2 BPs) except there were no window seats available. After the FA went to several pax to inquire about a seat change someone finally volunteered.

Also, include the seatbelt sign on for the first 50 minutes of flight and, while the F FA was up and taking orders in F, the C FAs were sitting and drinking coffee.

That reminds me of a flight in Myanmar 5 years ago RGN-MDL. 30 minutes into a 50 minute flight and one of the cockpit crew comes out, takes his shoes off and prostrates himself in front of a seemingly venerated monk sitting in 1B.

We immediately started laughing at the panic that would have ensued if this happened on a flight in/to the US. [IMG]

On another p.s. flight, Mr. 7B came up to row 5, where I'm sitting, and started doing push ups against the luggage bins. It was not a pretty sight.
