|| Taco Bell Employee Under "Investigation" After Photo of Him Licking Taco Shells Hits Facebook ||
I have heard so many horror stories from restaurant kitchens so this is just proof ot this persons's stupidity that the picture was posted.
Lunch plans have been changed.
I ate at Taco Bell a few times each week over the last 25 years. After seeing this photo, I don't think I ever will again.
Never really ate at Taco Bell..but won't be rushing to go now..
A Taco Bell is near our office, but there are many other fast food choices available.
I wonder if this Taco Bell employee was licking the Cool Ranch flavor Doritos Loco Taco product?
The reason I ask is the web page http://www.tacobell.com/food/tacos says,
COOL RANCH, DORITOS and DORITOS Logo are trademarks owned by Frito-Lay North America, Inc. LOCO TACO is a trademark of Taco Loco Products, Inc
Please visit www.tacolocoalaska.com for more information about Taco Loco Products, Inc.
When you visit the tacolocoalaska website, this Alaskan company claims the Loco Taco trademark. Maybe Taco Bell is just using the trademark with permission.
Doritos is one of my favorite snack foods and makes a tasty snack when served with whale or other native foods. There is not a Taco Bell in Barrow, Alaska.
yeeeeeeeee , Plan change
I'm sort of surprised to read that based on this photo some would give up Taco Bell. I guess I've always known that this type of thing happens (everywhere at times) and generally it’s a bad idea to piss off people - otherwise there is nothing you can do about it.
My question for those of you who want to give up Taco Bell – is this the first time you have learned that things like this happen?
I've heard of this happening at some other fast food places but not at a Taco Bell.
What a social media nightmare this is turning out to be for them...
remember to lick them on Facebook!
Exactly. This happens at supposed "high end" restaurants as well, it's just not always on Facebook.
Unless you grow, slaughter, pick, process and cook your own food you can never be 100% sure of how it has been handled down the line.
I will say this though, back in my old days waiting tables....99.999% of food service workers are good folks just trying to earn a buck. There was also (usually) peer pressure put on to prevent these types of things from happening.
As for me, I'll be heading to Taco Bell after work now just because . And I'm getting a Cool Ranch Doritos Taco Loco.
