    Swissport International has launched an innovative web-based self-service solution for lost baggage. Rather than queuing at the ‘Lost and Found’ desk, passengers arriving at Geneva Airport can now report their lost baggage via a dedicated website – http://missing-bag.swissport.com/.
    Passengers can collect an information flyer at the airport, which includes an identification code to access the website, where they simply have to provide their contact details and a description of the missing items.
