Suspending Philadelphia and New York flights

    I spot checked a few Delta flights between DTW and PHL/EWR for 11/7.

    No significant delays to PHL, one EWR flight is 3 hours behind schedule, one is cancelled. Nothing scrubbed (yet?) for 11/8

    and that's a big deal?

    Not a fun day for those whose power hasn't been restored from Sandy, but hardly that newsworthy ...

    and I grew up flying the one of the airlines that was good at flying in winter -- their logo was a Blue Goose.

    I think I saw on twitter that United was suspending things out of the area airports, or something to that effect. Either way, it should make for a fun time for those people that are flying tomorrow.
