I'm a very satisfied member of ExpertFlyer, but I've noticed that a lot of the fare data for airlines such as NH and SQ don't reflect what they offer through their websites. I know they use Abacus as their main GDS; are there any plans to support Abacus in fare/availability searches on ExpertFlyer?

ExpertFlyer shows the fare data that airlines publish in general, it's not GDS specific. Airline fares are published through a company called ATPCO that then distributes the fare data to the various GDSs several times a day. If an airline makes fares only available via their website, it means they won't be available in any GDS.

If you want to email us a specific example of fare data you are referring to then please do so and we can do some research.

    Thank you for your support!

Ah, my misunderstanding, then. I'll send you an email with some examples! Thanks for your reply.
