I have never understood how Toblerone gets into every minibar and dutyfree shop on the planet. I have never met anyone that eats Toblerone on a regular basis

"For the more saucy guests, the Playboy-owned Thompson Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles stocks Alexander Wang-designed condoms, and The Delano in Miami has its very own "intimacy kit", containing condoms, lubricant, spermicide and towelettes."

I wish that they also provided a plastic dropsheet for the bed[IMG]

You can always use the shower curtain liner if you feel the need.

Strangest thing I found in my minibar was my brother-in-law, drinking my Heineken which I got to pay for.[IMG]

I haven't found anything weird, just have to take out the bottled water and place my 4 pack of guinness in the fridge then put the water back on check-out :) Would be nice if I found some space in there.

The Serrano in SF has Etch A Sketchs in their honor bar; The Marlowe in BOS has freeze-dried ice cream.

The Movenpick in Istanbul has a very extensive and odd minibar offering. In addition to plenty of shaving kit (no comments :) they also have condoms and a 7 day pack of underware (unisex)? yuck.

I checked into the Sir Francis Drake in San Francisco and found a half-drank bottle of wine in my mini-bar. I called to tell the front desk, they said they wouldn't charge me for it, but they still charged me for it when I checked out. Small argument ensued.
