Starwood Systems Down

    Just called Starwood to change some things with a few reservations, and was told to call back in an hour, because their systems are down. Hadn't ever encountered that before, and was just a little surprised when she said that.

    Anyway, I'm sure it's just a minor blip!

    They are trying to figure out the amount of triple points Canucklehead and Dreamworks receive for the KivaDo.

    Of course, when that was the case at Hilton, we all got a lot of points for it . . . maybe SPG will care to do the same?

    Probably not... I'm not sure how long it was down for, and how much of an inconvenience it was for people... Maybe their new app broke their system! :D

    Nah - not with just an iOS app. Now if they had an Android app, all of those users would clearly have taken the system down.;)

    "Systems" were down again today, apparently. Was told to call back after 7:40PM EST.
