India’s second largest low-fare airline SpiceJet Ltd on Tuesday cut fares by more than half for bookings over the next three days on or before 23 January to fill seats during the lean season.
According to the SpiceJet website, the airline has launched a SpiceJet Three-Day Super Sale scheme offering 50% discount on all flights. The sale is valid for travel up to 15 April, just before the summer vacations start.

Discounted offers include Delhi-Goa one-way flights for Rs.3,355, compared with Rs.5,848 earlier and Delhi-Mumbai for Rs.2,830 against Rs.4,798 earlier. The website said tickets need to be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance to avail of the 50% discount.

“SpiceJet will offer 50% discount on base fare and fuel surcharge on the ticket. All applicable fees and taxes are to be paid by the customer,” says the SpiceJet website.
