SPG Very good at Problem Solving

    I have to hand it to SPG - I had a problem with one of their hotels and not only did SPG step up to the plate to solve it, they made sure I would come back. Up until they offered their solution to my problem (a refund of all of the charges the hotel had processed (double billing it was a Pts booking)) and to ensure I would stay again 20,000 star points (which gets you a couple nights most places I go).

    The measure of a good operation is how they handle problems when they arise.

    Sounds fair enough, especially when you can use the points to stay at least free for 2 nights. Cheers.
