SPG / Sheraton website search errors?

    I'm searching all New York area properties for availability on November 22nd and it comes back that there's no room at any rate in 14 hotels. This doesn't make any sense to me?

    I've changed my dates to other nearby dates, and the same occurs, even though when I searched 30 minutes ago, there were rooms all over the place.

    Any idea what's going on? Does this happen occasionally/temporarily?

    Turns out the points for the award stay I booked just prior to the search errors were taken out of my account, but the stay wasn't actually reserved. I spent some time on the phone with two SPG CSRs, and all is taken care of now. But if this happens again to anyone else, make sure to double check your stays and be sure you get a confirmation email from the property itself!
