    New loyalty benefits are on the way! As you know, our three loyalty programs will become one on August 18. We're working hard to ensure a smooth transition, and we wanted you to be aware of an upcoming planned outage so that you can plan accordingly.

    - Our systems will be down much of August 18, starting in the early morning hours Eastern Time (ET), in an effort to launch your new program and member experience.

    - You may experience temporary disruptions in making reservations and accessing your account via SPG.com, the SPG mobile app and Call Centers for a period of time during this outage.

    - We encourage you to manage your account and reservations before August 18 to avoid this brief disruption.
