SPG Double Take Points For Booking on App

    The actual Double Take Points are posting pretty quickly, but I am not yet seeing the 500 bonus points for booking on the app. Anyone had any experience here?

    The promotion program rules indicate "Booking bonuses will post to the registered member's account after the end of the promotion period".

    I've only managed to get the app to work for one booking (out of five) over a period of several weeks. When I tap "Find" it keeps saying "We're upgrading our system ..." I have the latest update to the app. Any ideas what's wrong?

    I had to book the other four at the web site and missed out on 2,000 Starpoints :(

    You need to go to iTunes and download the latest version of the app.

    You could have booked using the mobi sites in the interim. They also earn the booking bonus.

    Sorry , phone sent message too soon. Anyway, it works about one time out f 5.

    It must be something I'm doing.

    The interface is gorgeous though

    I still can't find the iPad version of the app.

    There isn't one that has been specifically developed for iPads, but I'm told that it is being discussed, so there is hope for one someday.

    You might try deleting the app you have now and then going back to download it again. Obviously, something didn't quite take the first time.
