SPG.com Site Down

    Anyone else having issues with the SPG site being down?

    Webpage giving me this:

    Service Unavailable
    The server is too busy to respond to your request. Please try again later.


    App just spins on the homepage.

    And Award Wallet gives me this error message: We cannot locate this Starwood Preferred Guest account. Please correct any errors and try gain later. :eek:

    Thanks William. Going to book that Element hotel in Dallas. Will be my first time staying with that brand. Looking forward to it.

    hmmm, I am trying to view rates and when I change the rates I would like to see and click 'update' nothing happens. I have tried it on my ipad air and pc...same result....

    this is so frustrating - unuseable for at least a few days for me, can't check rates, can't see details of booking reservations, hours wasted trying various browsers, etc. Plat. concierge doesn't even seem aware of the problem :( At some point it just isn't worth my time so I booked at another hotel whose website works. Oh well, maybe they'll have it fixed before I have to make my next reser.
