Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) flight attendants are planning to vote again next month on contract changes that would let the airline fly to international destinations, the Associated Press reports.
Dallas-based Southwest is in the process of preparing to offer international flights to Latin America from Houston's Hobby Airport.

Southwest and flight attendant union officials last week reached a tentative agreement that covers pay, scheduling and per diems for international trips, the AP reports. Flight attendants rejected a similar proposal in May. Voting on the updated agreement will run from Sept. 5 to Sept. 21, the report said.
