Southwest paying a hefty $200k a year “corporate sponsorship” to Tbe Texas Tribune, raising the question, for what? Especially with issues like the Texas bullet train percolating. More and more you will see supposedly independent media avoiding stories that delve into the reach of corporations and the concentration of corporate power as democratic government is shoved aside, Nowhere is this more true than the aircartel, where the media has done zero reporting of its death grip on the nation and its government.
This payment is disclosed by the TT but that doesn’t answer the underlying question. Also like to know if this is disclosed as lobbying.
