    I think the SMS @ Starwood are great and provide a ton of useful information. I just wonder why other companies aren't as prominent on the various boards.

    Totally agree: @SPGInsider is fast, professional, and very helpful. A real credit to the company.

    The question is: are they only able to provide such good service because relatively few people turn to twitter to solve problems? Phone lines are overcrowded or impractical when travelling overseas and email can take several days for a response. What happens when people catch on and twitter also becomes overstrained? ;)

    They will have to add more twitter accounts. I really think that the pace of travel lends itself to responses from twitter. I had connection go bad in ATL on delta once and complained on twitter and they actually responded and had helpful solution.
