Sochi Hotel Threatens to Charge Journalist for Placing Luggage on Bed
Don't we generally pay for the room? If so then they can go pound sand unless it's a Hostel of course.
Right. Perhaps the journalist should ask them to kindly remove the 2nd bed from the space rented from them.
I wonder what would happen if he slept in the second bed... just for kicks and giggles
Actually, it would be somewhat like this, but all in Russian:
What does it cost to turn on the bathroom light?
when I first started traveling in the former Soviet Union, there were a number of culture shocks, in business one of them was that "the customer is usually wrong"
I wonder which charges this incurs?
Funny article, the picture which shows the damage to the door made by one of the bobsled team, after having to force his way out from being locked in, is it just me or does it look like the door was made from thick cardboard? The stories coming from journalists/sportsmen staying in the hotels during the Sochi Olympics have all been so amazing/amusing!
