I've got a stay that begin on May 28th. The SNA option is to a room type of a Suite. I did not receive any email last night, which I had expected, telling me yea or nay. Right now, I see that the hotel is allowing booking for the room type of a Suite; though I understand I shouldn't consider that to mean there is actually such a room available. At what point should I expect communication from the automated system? I'm surprised I didn't get anything on the night of the 23rd. Does booking a room type that itself is part of the SNA pool throw things off perhaps?
