    SkyWest Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Buffalo

    A SkyWest Airlines flight made an emergency landing in Buffalo, New York, on Wednesday.

    The airline told NBC News that a passenger became ill and lost consciousness. Government sources said the plane lost cabin pressure and several passengers lost consciousness.

    The plane, SkyWest Flight 5622, took off from Chicago. Its intended destination was Bradley International Airport outside Hartford, Connecticut, according to the flight tracking site FlightAware.

    If the aircraft lost cabin pressure, shouldn't the oxygen masks have dropped down before anyone was at risk for unconsciousness? This souunds serious..
