So I'm on a 321 from CLT to SFO at 10A and there's these outlets on the armrest of every seat, with covers that say SkyPower. It's certainly not a DC or AC outlet, but might fit an EmPower jack? Does anyone know what this is? I thought US didn't have power on their narrowbodies.

They're old EmPower outlets. The equipment they connect to were removed from the aircraft a while ago along with in flight video, I believe for weight (and therefore fuel) savings, but the outlets remain in the seats.
