So, uh, thanks for sharing? Or is there an actual way we can make ourselves recipients of the offer?

I still fly UA/Copa almost exclusively, but many of my online shopping purchases earn more miles on AA's shopping site. I'm saving those miles for SJO-OGG-SJO in F, and AA charges 60,000 miles per BF MileSaaver ticket vs. UA's 75,000 miles for a saver award. More miles per purchase and less miles for redemption is a formula that sways my otherwise anti-AA position.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if those are iPhone 5s, they are exempt from mileage credit through the Apple Store. That kinda bugged me, but not enough to keep me from buying mine. It took 4.5 weeks to get it, and I must say, miles or not, I love it! :)

:( I need them anyway, because our 3G iPhones are flakey.

How funny. I was using a 3Gs, but held out for the 5. You are going to be very happy.

My emails had a big yellow/orange-ish "Register New" button. Unlike other UA promos, that actually took me to a page that confirmed the registration without requiring entry of the MP account number (i.e., it was included/encoded in the URL). I received an email confirmation of my registration a day later.

Is there an offer number? My email only has a yellow "Mile UP" learn more button, no "register" button at all. clicking on the Yellow button takes me to a Mile Up page without any registration confirmation area. But it says my name on the Mile Up page. :)

Do you have any Javascript blocking software? My recollection was that it was some kind of JS overlay.

I tried disabling my Adblocker but no change in the appearance of the email. And also tried with another browser. :(

In the email itself? Doubtful, since email clients generally don't run Javascript.

This is what my email looked like:

AB test doesn't really work if one of your cells doesn't have the ability to signup. #fail

Let me take back what I said. I received the same offer you received "wind down," and also two additional mile up offers with online shopping and FTD flower offer. All took me to the same sign up web page.

I had those things too, lower down on the page also but I did not include them in the snip. They all take me to a "Mile Up" page but no "confirmed registration page". This Mile up Page does show my name though?!

Just saw that a bunch of 25% mileup bonuses posted today. They don't say which transactions they match up to, so I would have to track them manually.
