    Starwood Introduces a 10-Point Guide for Fixing Sheraton Hotels

    Bring together heritage, design, customer focused execution, wanted locations and satisfy the owner/owners and guest/guests. Now, that's interesting, plus we look forward to hear/learn and eventually experience a "Grand" branded Sheraton property in our future. It's Sheraton 2020. Only time will tell how it is going to play out for Starwood and their Sheraton brand.

    I hope no-one got paid to write that list of ten things they are going to do to improve Sheraton :p

    It's one of the worst loads of corporate nonsense I have read for a while...
