    The Sheraton Downtown Atlanta is about to undergo renovations beginning this fall. The property will gain 43 new suites.

    The property opened originally in 1965 under the Marriott flag.....

    Yeah, this will give them 63 total suites. Not bad for a property with 800 some odd rooms.

    Yes, that's a much more respectable number. 20 is too low and I'm guessing they have trouble filling that many guest rooms downtown.

    I havent been there in a while, but I would say they had trouble competing with the Hilton, Marriott Marquis, Westin & Hyatt all which have better rooms
