Will arrive in TLV after the trains and buses have stopped running on Friday afternoon. I know that there are cabs where you can share the ride into TLV, how does one find someone who is willing to share? Is there a particular area where those who want to share wait or do you just ask in the cab que if someone is willing to share. I ask this because I never take cabs, so even though I have travelled all over the world, here is a new situation for me.

I do not know on how to answer your question, but keep in mind that you can negotiate your price with a driver. Many times Taxi cabs in TLV will charge tourists up to 2-3x more then locals.
