Which airline has the best service recovery program? I recently flew SQ and was pleased with the way the staff is trained and empowered to deal efficiently in situations when things do not go as planned.

    Welcome to Milepoint SAMAJU76! :)

I feel this type of experience can vary even within an airline. The airlines have some great employees who understand how to mitigate negative customer impact, there are also some who do not seem to care.
My worst experiences tend to be with airlines like Spirit. I have had some great 'fix-it' experiences with United when I was elite, so status can come into play also.
