Observed (multiple times) at Denver International Airport today:
Help me out, what am I missing?
I'd venture to guess it might the "fare" availability on the two free flights is dependant on the destination.
Back when Southwest had a simple reward program, the claim made sense. Now, they shouldn't be allowed to claim two free flights anymore. Other airlines are upfront and say "you get 25K miles, which could be enough for a free flight." That's different from saying "you get a free flight!" and putting the rest in fine print.
I think it's dependent on how well you read English.
