He mentions the usual tripe; 787 and biggest network.
At least he recognizes a problem exists... how long will it take for the solution/fix to emerge remains the answer.

Sure....A problem exists, the question is whether he recognizes all of the problems, or are some of the "problems" simply the way he likes things to be done?

Interesting....things such as TODs are a "problem" for us but something that UA [Jeffie & Co.] probably like.
Regardless of whether or not they have a full grasp on the issues, it's heartening to see that they have finally, publically, recognized there are problems. The fifth step is acceptance after all. I wonder what anger, bargaining and depression looked like in Chicago?

The new United has proven that loyalty means nothing to them.
